The four spacious bedrooms offer peaceful havens for restful nights. There are 2 King Suites on the first floor both with private patio doors leading out to the back porch. The master ensuite bathroom allows for the ultimate retreat, as it has a 2 person infrared sauna and an extended walk-in marble shower with bench seat.

The sunroom off the master bedroom is just calling for you to relax in the comfy egg chairs while you enjoy a good book or bird and nature watch. Or grab one of our yoga mats and exercise bands and get a work-out in during your stay.

As a signature of Vacation Adventures by Vicki cabins, each bed features hospitality grade mattresses and bedding. If you still need some help falling asleep, curl up and watch your own shows on the HD Smart TV's located in each bedroom. You'll wake up refreshed and appreciate the mountain sunrise from each bedroom.

As you head into the kitchen, you'll find the our signature coffee & tea bar with plenty of options to start your day out right. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meal prep a breeze. From the 9-mode Ninja Foodi to a blender and everything in-between, you'll find all the gadgets and gizmos you need to prepare a family meal. Just bring your groceries or better yet, use our concierge service to have your groceries delivered before you even arrive.

Our cozy family room with wood-burning fire place boasts a curved HD Smart TV for those that want to relax in the cabin. The family room has a new queen sized sleeper sofa and a theater couch. Want a full theater experience for your movie night? Just head into our newly built theater room with two comfy theater couches and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

With an array of unparalleled amenities, your every desire is catered to. Dive into the refreshing private pool, bask in the sun on the expansive outdoor deck, and enjoy meals prepared on the BBQ grill, all while enjoying the sound of birds chirping in your private forest. You overlooking the expansive mountain range with views for miles.

Inside, high-speed internet and entertainment options provide endless connectivity and enjoyment. The theater room and game room in the "barn" not only offer heating and air conditioning for ultimate comfort, you can also invite in the fresh breeze by opening up the garage door on nice days. Mountains and water are my happy places, and the Great Smoky Mountains are at the top of my list. We've made lifelong memories during these adventurous vacations. Payment Terms:
Standard payments terms are 50% due at time of booking at remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
50% refund (based on total price) is refundable if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in. If cancelled within 30 days, non-refundable. A third party travel insurance will be offered during the booking process.

Renter's Agreement & ID verification:
During the booking process, you will be required to sign our standard renter's agreement and provide a copy of your state issued driver's license or ID.

Security Deposit:
A $500 hold is placed on your credit card 1 day prior to check-in. As long as the cabin and property are not damaged, the hold is released within 3 days. Please note that this is a hold only, not an actual charge.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum Renter's Age: 25
Pet Friendly: We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please be sure to include them in your reservation, as there is a pet fee.
Family friendly: We provide many amenities for your youngest guests. If you have specific needs, please ask.
No Smoking: no smoking or vaping is allowed in the cabin, sunroom or barn (game room & theater room).
